The choices you make everyday are an important part of a healthy lifestyle. The Wellness Resource Guide (PDF) provides information about local opportunities to be physically active, eat a well-balanced diet and stop tobacco use.

The Wellness Resource Guide was created with funds from the Statewide Health Improvement Program (SHIP). The goal of SHIP is to help Minnesotans live longer, healthier, better lives by preventing risk factors that lead to chronic disease.
