Chisago County Accepting Service of Real Estate Tax Petitions By
E-mail: Filing Deadline Extended to May 30. 2020.
In line with the state’s continued response to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Minnesota Legislature has extended the time for filing real estate tax petitions with the Minnesota Tax Court to May 30, 2020. Through 4:30 p.m. of the filing deadline, Chisago County is accepting service of real estate tax petitions by e-mail.
