Share your artistic talents for a chance to win! One winner for each K-9 will be selected. Each age group will color a specific K-9 Coloring Page. Winners will receive a package filled with goodies, a socially-distant home visit from the K-9 team (must reside in Chisago County), and one other surprise gift!
