Body Worn Camera Program

The Chisago County Sheriff’s Office is beginning the process of implementing a Body Worn Camera Program. As part of that process, the Sheriff’s Office is taking public comments on the process and policy. The Chisago County Board of Commissioners will be taking and reviewing public comments on this topic on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chisago County Board Room, which is located at 313 N Main St, Center City, MN 55012.

More information on the process for adopting a portable recording system can be found on the Minnesota Office of the Revisor of Statutes Website, specifically Minnesota State Statutes 626.8473.
