The Land Notification System gives you the ability to monitor personal names, business names and parcel identification numbers for real estate activity. You can create one or more alerts that are triggered when real estate records are recorded with the Chisago County Recorder's Office for names or parcel id numbers identified in the alert.

When an alert is triggered, an email will be sent to the email address you provided in the alert. The email will contain more information about the activity and will include the Recorder's Office contact information. Once an alert is created it will search from that day forward.
Please keep in mind, when creating alerts, common names, such as "John Smith" may produce many results.
You will need an email account with Google, Yahoo, AOL, or OpenID to sign up for the Land Notification alerts.
