Absentee voting for the August 9, 2022 Primary Election begins June 24, 2022 and runs through August 8, 2022.
Chisago County residents can absentee vote in-person at the Chisago County Government Center, 313 North Main Street, Center City, MN 55012 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Chisago County Government Center will be open for absentee voting on Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
You can also absentee vote by mail. To request a ballot be mailed to you a completed application is required. You can apply for your ballot:
- By completing an Online Absentee Ballot Application found on the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State Website and clicking "Other Ways to Vote"
- By printing a paper application (PDF) from the Chisago County Website and returning it to the Chisago County Auditor-Treasurer's Office
- By contacting the Chisago County Auditor-Treasurer's Office via phone or email and requesting an application be mailed to you.
