Chisago County Health and Human Services is hosting their 4th Annual Operation Community Connect. The event will be on Thursday, October 22, 2022 at the Chisago Lakes Lutheran Church, located at 1 Summit Avenue in Center City, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
This event is open to everyone within Chisago County. However, we will not turn anyone away even if you are not a Chisago County Resident.
The main purpose of this event is to help everyone get the resources that they need.
