At the bottom of this news item please find an administrative law judge order concerning the large 100MW North Star Solar project being processed by the Public Utilities Commission.
We would like to highlight several dates identified on page two of the order:
• October 7, 2015: Public Hearing from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Lakes Region EMS facility, which is located at 40245 Fletcher Avenue in North Branch, MN.
• October 21, 2015: Public Hearing Comment Period Ends and Factual Record Closes.
• December 16, 2015: Administrative Law Judge Issues Findings of Fact, Conclusions, and Recommendation on Site and Route and Permit Conditions.
• January 21, 2016 (Tentative): Public Utilities Commission Site and Route Permit Decision.
