Don’t toss that balled up, tangled mess of nonworking holiday lights into the trash! Chisago County Dept. of Environmental Services/Zoning is again partnering with the Recycling Association of MN to recycle them. The lights and cords are recycled by adults with developmental disabilities at local vocational centers, providing meaningful jobs and job training for over 200 Minnesotans.
