The Mission of the Chisago County Health and Human Services Department is to protect vulnerable citizens of the county and to provide opportunities for individuals to enhance their quality of life. This is done by providing services to them in an ethical, democratic and respectful manner through partnerships with individual citizens and with the community as a whole.
