You are welcome to submit a comment to the County Board at least two (2) hours prior to the start of a scheduled County Board Meeting, so that it may be copied and distributed to the County Board. The County Commissioners may choose to read in full or parts of submissions aloud after recognizing the author.
It is requested that you provide your full name and address, including commissioner’s district, if known, and the date of the scheduled Public Hearing. All letters should be written to make a comment to the County Board regarding a scheduled Public Hearing. All letters shall be directed to the Board as a whole, and not to individual commissioners. All submissions should be written in a respectful manner and or tone and refrain from the use of profanity.
